These terms apply to the mobile application "I Don't Smoke" (the "Application"). By installing or using the Application, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application and delete it.
You receive a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Application on your devices. All rights in the Application remain with the developer. You may not copy the Application for sale, present it as your own, or circumvent technical limits.
The Application is a personal counter of time without cigarettes, with rough estimates of money saved, tar and nicotine not consumed, and a timeline of changes. It is not a medical device and not medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic advice. The timeline and the estimates are a general guide. They differ from person to person and may be incomplete or wrong. They do not replace a doctor. You are solely responsible for decisions about smoking, health, and treatment.
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer makes no warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, freedom from errors, or preservation of data on the device.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for health outcomes, reliance on estimates, loss of data, crashes, errors, unavailability, any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages, or third-party claims.
The developer has no obligation to release updates, fix bugs, or provide support. If the law of your country does not allow a full exclusion of liability, the developer's liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Application (zero if the Application is free), or to the minimum amount that cannot legally be reduced.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including liability for willful misconduct where such a prohibition applies).
You will indemnify the developer for losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms, reliance on the Application, or unlawful use of the Application, to the extent permitted by law.
The current version is always posted on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force. These terms together with the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about use of the Application.
The developer is SOLIDCORE sp. z o.o., Poland. Disputes are governed by the law of the Republic of Poland, unless mandatory rules of your country require otherwise (including consumer-protection rules).

Личная, отзывная, неисключительная, непередаваемая лицензия на использование на ваших устройствах. Права на Приложение остаются у разработчика.
Приложение считает время без сигарет и показывает приблизительные оценки денег, смолы, никотина и сроков. Это не медицинское изделие и не медицинская, терапевтическая или диагностическая услуга. Сроки и оценки — общий ориентир, у всех разные и могут быть неверны. Они не заменяют врача. Решения о курении, здоровье и лечении принимаете только вы.
Приложение предоставляется «как есть». В максимальной степени, допускаемой законом, гарантий точности и сохранности данных нет.
В максимальной степени, допускаемой законом, разработчик не отвечает за последствия для здоровья, опору на оценки, потерю данных, сбои и претензии третьих лиц. Если закон не позволяет исключить ответственность полностью, она ограничивается суммой, уплаченной за Приложение (для бесплатного — ноль), либо минимумом, который закон не позволяет снизить. Ответственность, которую нельзя исключить по закону, этими условиями не снимается.
Вы возмещаете разработчику убытки из-за нарушения условий, опоры на Приложение или незаконного использования, в пределах закона.
