This privacy policy applies to the mobile application "I Don't Smoke" (the "Application"), package com.solidcore.idontsmoke.

The Application does not collect, store on the developer's servers, or transmit to the developer personal data or personally identifiable information. There is no account, email, name, phone number, location, advertising identifier, or analytics.
All data you enter is stored only on the device: the quit date and time, cigarettes per day, cigarettes in a pack, pack price, tar, nicotine, and language. This is required for the counter to work after the Application is closed. This is not a registration and is not sent to us.
Local data remains until you clear the Application data or uninstall the Application. The developer cannot access the device and cannot remotely restore, export, or delete your local data.
We do not sell data and do not share it with advertising or analytics services. The developer does not receive your tracking data.
The Application does not request access to contacts, photos, camera, microphone, location, or notifications.
The Application itself does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking.
App stores and the device operating system may collect technical data under their own policies. The developer does not control that. This policy page is a static site: the host may keep a technical log (for example an IP address) when the page is opened. The developer does not collect or use those logs.
The Application is intended for adults. It is not directed to children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from them.

You may write to ask for access, correction, or deletion. The developer cannot remotely delete local data on the device. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (UODO).

Приложение не собирает, не хранит на серверах разработчика и не передаёт разработчику персональные данные. Нет аккаунта, почты, имени, телефона, геолокации, идентификаторов рекламы и аналитики.
Дата и время отказа, сигареты в сутки, размер пачки, цена пачки, смола, никотин и язык хранятся только на устройстве. Это нужно, чтобы счётчик работал после закрытия Приложения. Это не регистрация и не отправляется нам.
Локальные данные хранятся, пока вы не удалите данные Приложения или само Приложение. Разработчик не имеет доступа к устройству.
Мы не продаём данные и не передаём их рекламным или аналитическим сервисам.
Приложение не запрашивает доступ к контактам, фото, камере, микрофону, геолокации и уведомлениям.
В самом Приложении нет аналитики, рекламы и отслеживания. Магазины и ОС могут собирать технические данные по своим правилам. При открытии этой страницы хостинг может вести технический журнал; разработчик его не собирает.
Приложение предназначено для взрослых. Оно не направлено на детей младше 13 лет и сознательно не собирает их данные.
