These terms apply to the mobile application "Concrete Calculator" (the "Application"). By installing or using the Application, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application and delete it.
You receive a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Application on your devices. All rights in the Application remain with the developer. You may not copy the Application for sale, present it as your own, or circumvent technical limits.
The Application is a helper for approximate calculations. It is not professional engineering, construction, architectural, or surveying advice. Results may be incomplete, rounded, or wrong. You must verify every result yourself and, where required, with a qualified specialist before any real-world use. You are solely responsible for materials, work, safety, and any construction or financial decision.
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer makes no warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, freedom from errors, or preservation of data on the device.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for incorrect calculations, loss of data, crashes, errors, unavailability, property damage, construction defects, financial loss, any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages, or third-party claims.
The developer has no obligation to release updates, fix bugs, or provide support. If the law of your country does not allow a full exclusion of liability, the developer's liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Application (zero if the Application is free), or to the minimum amount that cannot legally be reduced.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including liability for willful misconduct where such a prohibition applies).
You will indemnify the developer for losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms, reliance on calculation results, or unlawful use of the Application, to the extent permitted by law.
The current version is always posted on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force. These terms together with the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about use of the Application.
The developer is SOLIDCORE sp. z o.o., Poland. Disputes are governed by the law of the Republic of Poland, unless mandatory rules of your country require otherwise (including consumer-protection rules).

Приложение даёт приблизительные расчёты. Это не инженерная, строительная или проектная услуга. Результаты могут быть неполными или неверными. Перед реальным применением вы обязаны проверить результат самостоятельно и, где нужно, со специалистом. За материалы, работы, безопасность и любые решения отвечаете только вы.
Приложение предоставляется «как есть». В максимальной степени, допускаемой законом, гарантий точности и пригодности нет.
В максимальной степени, допускаемой законом, разработчик не отвечает за ошибочные расчёты, потерю данных, сбои, ущерб имуществу, строительный брак, убытки и претензии третьих лиц. Если закон не позволяет исключить ответственность полностью, она ограничивается суммой, уплаченной за Приложение (для бесплатного — ноль), либо минимумом, который закон не позволяет снизить. Ответственность, которую нельзя исключить по закону, этими условиями не снимается.
Вы возмещаете разработчику убытки из-за нарушения условий, опоры на расчёты или незаконного использования, в пределах закона.
